Adjoa M. together with her supportive husband Andre G. strive to provide holistic services towards Self Mastery. Adjoa M. started this project 2018 in Arizona and through her travels to find the best environment to provide the road to SelfMastery services, choose Negril Jamaica and Kumasi Ghana as the two locations.

As an Akan, Adjoa grew up with the natural teachings and inner standing of the science of life and what our human experience is all about; gaining self mastery. 

With over 15 years in the health field, The Road to Self Mastery Project began to Fill the void within our health care system/reality today by focusing on preventative holistic services spirit, mind and body. 

Providing spiritual guidance, nutritional/fitness coaching and strategic life planning to reach your holistic state of being. Implementing natural holistic wellness practices to enhance our human experience.

Virtual and retreat style services available. This provides a flexible wide range to better connect and assist you in gaining self mastery and living your divine life.
